You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Marylandcrucial Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Not satisfied with our reply? Write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
